The LR presidential candidate accuses La France insoumise of having more or less directly provoked the scenes of violence and looting on the sidelines of the October 17 mobilization. He claims that the high school students' movement was manipulated to make a sort of dress rehearsal for the third round of the presidential election and points to direct responsibility of LFI, affirming that Jean-Luc Mélenchon constantly foments violence.

The elected officials of La France insoumise armed violence with their slogans, accused the Les Républicains presidential candidate, Bruno Retailleau, on Sunday October 18 on France Inter and France 2, after the scenes of chaos that occurred on the sidelines of the day of mobilization of October 17, Saturday.

Faced with this, the candidate believes that there is a discourse to change, that he is fed up with those who propagate anti-cop hatred, and that there is a doctrine of maintaining order to be clarified, with a hand that must be intractable.

He calls for passing the anti-thugs law and implementing a constitutional revision to set the criminal majority for minors at 15 years, establish minimum sentences and guarantee that punishment and prison will be there.

For his part, Éric Coquerel denounces that the government is mainly responsible for what is happening, the day after the violence of October 17.
