The latter, united in a consortium, signed a memorandum of understanding at the beginning of June with Altice France, parent company of SFR, to buy the operator from it for 20.35 billion euros.
The representatives of SFR employees, who had taken legal action regarding the information-consultation procedure carried out by their management in connection with the sale of the operator, had their requests for interim relief dismissed.
With this summary action initiated against Altice France and the three buyers, the CSE requested in particular to suspend this information-consultation phase as long as documents, particularly financial, had not been communicated.
Following this agreement, the group's management opened an information-consultation procedure with representatives of the operator's employees.
But, in its decision, the Paris court considers that this procedure was completed at the beginning of October.
It specifies that only the procedure on the merits, initiated by the CSE in parallel, can make it possible to extend it.
When requested, the management of Altice France did not comment.
