Monday, at the end of a new interministerial crisis unit, the Prime Minister announced the mobilization of 200 investigators from the Paris police headquarters to analyze the videos, adding that fellow citizens will be able to contribute to these investigations.
Faced with disorder organized in an unprecedented way, the head of government promised a massive criminal response with consequences for 80% of those in police custody.
He also declared that the President of the Republic had asked him to put in place measures to prevent thugs and looters, before adding: “We are told that the police kill or injure, and for two days we have been asked where the police are: very French schizophrenia!».
The Prime Minister then detailed support measures for businesses affected by the damage, announcing the release of partial unemployment from tomorrow, to 100%, and the creation of a specific support fund.
