Customers have four months from the announcement of this modification to terminate their contract free of charge. This termination without fees is possible even if you are still engaged for several months.
It is advisable to check your consumption in your customer area to identify a more suitable or less expensive package. In the event of termination with a telephone reimbursed in several installments, the subscriber must however continue to pay the remaining monthly payments.
