The telephone operator Orange acknowledged disruptions on its mobile network, after reports from numerous users, Wednesday October 21.
The company has confirmed an incident affecting its mobile network nationally, which is seriously disrupting calls, SMS and mobile usage.
The Downdetector site, which allows Internet users to report problems on an online service, posted a peak in reports shortly before noon, with more than 12,000 reports.
Subscribers to the Sosh brand, a subsidiary of Orange, may also be affected by this outage, according to a message from the brand published on X.
