Suspicious ads are multiplying online this Monday, October 19 after looting occurred this weekend, offering items that could come from stores robbed on Saturday.
On platforms like Vinted, Leboncoin or EBay, bags, trolleys and sometimes even suitcases overflowing with products are displayed on social networks.
The manager of a store says in particular that he spotted some of his video games and figurines on the Internet.
“I hope they will eat a little bit, all the same, because they are so stupid that they put ads on the Internet with our recognizable products, because they are limited,” explains a trader.
When contacted, the online sales platforms all claim to remove these illicit advertisements and work with the authorities.
