Demonstrators met at the end of the procession in Paris demanded more resources for these infrastructures.

This provision is, however, not completely painless for the State, to the extent that all of the money placed in this booklet is tax exempt.

The increase in the sums collected would make it possible to increase the loans granted to the regions, the latter being responsible for work in high schools.

A recent senatorial report estimates that it would be necessary to invest nearly one and a half billion euros per year to carry out these projects, which concern in particular plumbing, roofing and insulation of establishments.

To finance the renovation of high schools, the government plans to raise the ceiling of the Livret A from 22,950 to 30,000 euros.

The Livret A ceiling, currently set at 22,950 euros, could increase to 30,000 euros.

More collections would make it possible to increase the loans granted to the regions, because they are the ones who are responsible for the work in high schools.

But the measure is not completely painless for the State, because all the money placed in the Livret A is tax-exempt.
