In the occupied West Bank, an American photojournalist was beaten by hooded men, armed with sticks and iron bars, whom she clearly identified as settlers.

“I protected my face against the ground, but they continued to kick me, violently, again and again,” says the photojournalist.

This aggression comes at a time when settler attacks are increasing against Palestinian farmers, during an olive season that began at the end of September and already marked by more than 170 settler attacks according to several NGOs, in the West Bank occupied by Israel since 1967.
