Force Ouvrière becomes the first union organization of the Epic RATP by collecting 37.8% of the votes in the professional ballot. This result marks a setback for the CGT, which obtained 28.42% of the votes. Four organizations received more than 10% of the votes and are recognized as representative of employees: FO, the CGT, Unsa Mobilité and the CFE-CGC.
In third place, Unsa Mobilité received 21.74% compared to 22.96% in 2021. In fourth place, but first among executives, CFE-CGC obtained 10.9% of the votes compared to 7.74% five years ago.
The renewal of CSEs is normally held every four years. The election date within the Epic RATP was, however, postponed by a year last year, the mandates of elected officials having been extended due to the process of opening up Ile-de-France buses to competition via calls for tender.
During the previous vote held in 2021, Force Ouvrière received 27.6% of the votes. The CGT RATP then obtained 31.78% of the votes. Some 5,000 agents must still move to CAP Ile de France between now and November 1, when the last batches of buses put out to competition and won by the RATP are transferred.
The number of voters within the Epic RATP stands at 35,000 this year, while it was 45,000 during the last election in 2021. The union which had fallen below 10% during the last elections was delighted with the result, in particular its representative rate of 32.90% within management.
