A man died of a probable heart attack near the procession of the Parisian demonstration against the high cost of living on Saturday October 17, in the Château d'eau district, located in the 10th arrondissement of the capital, according to an announcement from the prefecture made on Sunday.
The individual, who had no apparent injuries, died before arriving at the hospital. The Paris police headquarters did not provide details concerning the circumstances of this tragedy.
The victim's body was then transported by firefighters to the Paris forensic institute. An investigation into the causes of his death was opened by the capital's prosecutor's office.
